Mission and Vision.

MISSION

Birth Theory is a Black and queer-owned reproductive justice and wellness company serving birthing people, doulas, and birthworkers. We provide full-spectrum doula care through direct services, educational courses, and creative content. We provide community, mentorship, education, and training to doulas and birthworkers seeking cultural humility, inclusivity, and collective liberation. We are dedicated to providing unwavering advocacy, empowering folx to make informed decisions and exercise their autonomy throughout their reproductive journeys. We use an “all bodies, all cultures, all genders, all births” approach and are deeply committed to harm reduction.

VISION

Our vision is to provide inclusive, culturally humble, gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and body-positive services, content, courses, and communities, working within reproductive and reparative justice frameworks.
